Has over 18 years experience in the construction industry. During his career Greg attained several certifications including Water Damage Restoration and Blue Print Reading. Greg joined Cornerstone Appraisals and Restoration, LLC as a Project Manager. Greg has completed a course in Successful Subrogation and continues with current industry related training and certifications on an ongoing basis. Greg uses his knowledge and unique skills to work together at achieving the goal of complete customer satisfaction with the highest quality of workmanship. Has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Rosemary’s background in customer service and construction brought her to Cornerstone Appraisal and Restorations, LLC in October of 2006 as a Project Manager. Rose has completed a course in Successful Subrogation and continues with current industry related training and certifications on an ongoing basis. Rose uses her skills to ensure communication, quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction making the effort seamless to the homeowner. EPA Lead Certified, Xactimate Certificate.
Brings over 20 years experience in the construction industry in general construction and property restoration. His understanding of the industry, attention to detail, and his strive for customer satisfaction, is what makes him a true asset to the company. David has his Certifications in Fire Restoration, Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and is EPA Lead Certified.
With over 30 years experience in developing and overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar residential construction projects. Steve brings to Cornerstone his expertise in land acquisition, subdivisions and financing, as well as managing crews for all phases of construction. To Steves’s credit he has been directly responsible for the completion of over 150 homes and townhomes. His key skills include the direct management of construction and demolition projects, environmental remediation projects and infrastructure improvement projects. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Has over two decades of customer service and administrative assistance experience. Over her tenure, she’s held roles most notable for the level of care and attention to detail required for success. Extremely detail-oriented, Eileen flourishes in communications between owners, insurance industry representatives and staff.
Has over twenty years of experience as an executive assistant in a variety of industries. Her organizational and project management skills are key components of her role at Cornerstone. Nicole’s customer relationship and service based attitude are a welcome addition to the team.
Has worked in office administration for almost 20 years. Danalyn has held various roles as administrative assistant, customer service rep and office manager with experience in finance and construction. She supports the entire office and works as a liaison between production and office personnel to ensure proper posting of both vendor and sub-contractor bills.
