Greg joined Cornerstone Appraisals and Restoration, LLC as a Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience developing and overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar residential construction projects, Steve brings to Cornerstone his expertise in land acquisition, subdivisions, and financing. He also excels at managing crews for all construction phases. To Steve’s credit, he has been directly responsible for the completion of over 150 homes and townhomes. His key skills include the direct management of construction and demolition projects, environmental remediation projects, and infrastructure improvement projects. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
